Perpetual Fantasy Football Trophy with a 15 Inch Chrome Football Mounted on a Black Wooden Base. Price includes main engraving plate (if requested), engraved 1st Perpetual plate and 5 blank perpetual plates attached. Additional perpetual plates can be added around base (6 per side). Blank plates are $4.00 ea. Additional engraved plates are $8.00 each.  If a logo is requested on engraving plate, please send a Vector (black and white) version of your logo. Simply contact us for each subsequent year’s winner, we will send you out the new self-adhering engraved plate that can adhere over top of the blank plate.
